Stanley's Northeast Bar Room has jumped on the food truck bandwagon, and its fire engine-red Stanley's on Wheels cranks out all kinds of hearty deliciousness, especially when it comes to working its slow-smoked beef brisket into sandwiches, tacos and nachos.
A CUPCAKE SOCIAL
Dessert hounds, listen up: There's a food truck with your name on it --a Cupcake Social. Co-owners Suzette Herr and Jess Stone have translated their love of baking into a business. Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet are always on the menu, along with four ever-changing flavors. "We're always developing new ones, so there's always something new when people come to the truck," said Herr. Make mine "Raspberry Burst," please.
