The Walker Art Center has always been one to challenge notions of high and low art, recently bringing in John Waters to curate a "bad art" show. Now, the Walker lends an irreverent touch to another guilty pleasure: Internet cat videos. The much-buzzed-about Internet Cat Video Film Festival -- the nation's first! -- will screen a selection of cat vids culled from more than 7,000 worldwide submissions in categories including comedy, documentary, animated and foreign. By bringing an individual viewing experience out into the open, the Walker hopes to highlight an international phenomenon and explore ideas of social boundaries. (8:30 p.m. next Thu. Free.
