It's the latest in a rash of Twin Cities dive bar closings.

It’s been a rough couple of months for Minneapolis dive-bar fans. In October, fabled lowbrow nudie bar the 22nd Street Station (better known as the Double Deuce) facilitated its last awkward lap dance.

The following month West Bank college dive Bullwinkle Saloon shuttered, too (for the second time).

Now Lyn-Lake’s Country Bar and Grill has closed indefinitely and a “for rent” sign hangs in the window of the darkened bar. Its owners have been trying to sell the business for months, but clearly there have been no takers on what was a $329,000 asking price back in October.
