RZA As Bobby Digital, featuring Stone Mecca event
Wu-Tang leader RZA is a busy man, with acting roles, movie scores and now an Internet chess club (wuchess.com). As for the music, the acclaimed producer is back with another solo album under his Bobby Digital moniker. While the first two Bobby Digital albums were subpar compared to his Wu-Tang work, the new “Digi Snacks” sounds like vintage RZA. Hope his fellow Wu members don’t get jealous - they complained about the beats on last winter’s group effort, “8 Diagrams.” In concert, RZA is expected to perform with Stone Mecca, a live band that also played on “Digi Snacks.” Tom Horgen
