Rockwoods JamFest

For the second annual Rockwoods JamFest in Otsego, it’s one day of classic rock and one of contemporary country. Celebrating the 35th anniversary of “Frampton Comes Alive” last year, Peter Frampton proved it was really about the talent (he’s an underappreciated guitarist) and not the hair (he doesn’t have much anymore). Also appearing Friday are “Slow Ride” rockers Foghat and “Two Tickets to Paradise” hitmaker Eddie Money. Saturday is the We Fest alternative with Ronnie Dunn, who does tunes from his solid self-titled solo album and the Brooks & Dunn catalog; spirited Jerrod Niemann, who scored with a country remake of Sonia Dada’s “Lover Lover,” and David Nail, who has a distinctively soulful voice and the soaring hit “Let It Rain.” Jon Bream
