Every dinner entree is accompanied by seven or eight different savory side dishes, ranging from fiery hot pickled cabbage and radish to spinach and bean sprouts dressed in delicate aromatic sesame oil. Some of the entrees may be a little too exotic for some Minnesota tastes, others too spicy, but several selections will appeal to nearly everyone.
