A taste of France from Patrick Bernet, former executive pastry chef at the Hotel Sofitel and a former instructor at the Cordon Bleu Paris Culinary Arts Institute. That means a bakery case loaded with several dozen pastry selections, along with a variety of breads. Truffles, too, and savories, from sandwiches to quiche. There's also a coffee bar, and a view into the kitchen, allowing customers to watch the Bernets at work.
