"A loaf of bread, a glass of wine and thou," wrote a poet, and Bev's Wine Bar, a dark and very romantic hideaway in Minneapolis' Warehouse District offers only a little more: a baguette, a couple of cheeses, a couple of salads, a short list of inexpensive wines by the glass, and a few more by the bottle.
