What the place lacks in ambience, it makes up for in chutzpah: The sign in the window used to promise the best Italian food in town, and now promises the best Vietnamese. I don't think so, but the pho (beef soup with rice noodles) is quite good, and offers an unusual selection of exotic canned soft drinks.
