Shea Inc. the Minneapolis design firm, has created an ambiance and menu that are very contemporary, and much more sophisticated than the original (Nora's), but have just a touch of retro about them. The menu serves up that same skillful combination of trendy and nostalgic with updated comfort food offerings. Wine list: Mostly American, with decent low-priced options and a good selection by the glass.
