Deals: Bro tip

Unleash your inner bro with these Warehouse District drink specials.
Rob Carr, Associated Press
The Warehouse District party-bar scene can be intense. Intoxication levels are high, pelvises grind off-beat and shots come in bomb form. But we've got to hand it to these bro-beckoning bars for their ridiculous specials. If it's soulless revelry you crave, consider these party spots.
Uncle Buck's
26 N. 5th St., Mpls. • 612-659-9000 • www.unclebucksmn.com
After a short-lived, slightly more grown-up rebranding as Wellman's Pub, it's back to party-bar basics in the former Drink space. Uncle Buck's is clearly catering to debauchery-seekers (see the pic of a girl getting a beer-foam facial on its website). Buck's looks to help get your Friday and Saturday nights started on the right (or wrong?) foot, with $2 tallboys and select drinks from 9-11 p.m.
Whisky Park
15 S. 5th St., Mpls. • 612-545-5235 • www.whiskyparkmn.com
No demographic has a party thirst as insatiable as the college bro. Since weeknight buffoonery is hardly out of the question, Whisky Park makes Thursday nights especially frat-friendly with dollar beers and Red Bull vodkas from 9 p.m. to close. While pounding beers without hammering your wallet is the big draw, naturally there's beer pong, too. Backwards hats off to you, fellas.
Johnny Tequila's Drinking Taco
430 N. 1st Av., Mpls. • 612-333-8864
Don't worry, bro-ettes, we haven't forgotten about you. Tequila being the preferred party-girl drink of choice, hard-drinking damsels might enjoy this two-month-old tequila/party bar's $4 margarita special on Wednesdays from 8 p.m.-close. If you're looking to pregame before sucking down discount tequila (because that sounds healthy), stop in for happy hour from 3-8 p.m. (Wed.-Sat.) for half-priced drinks.
