The Big Game means big-time drink deals.

At 5:30 p.m. Sunday, finely tuned athletes and a couple of kickers will do battle for gridiron glory in between beer and Doritos ads. It’s the Super Bowl, homeboy, which for NFL fans means the last chance for (somewhat) socially accepted Sunday debauchery. Just try not to overdo it with these Super Bowl specials.

New Bohemia

233 E. Hennepin Av., Mpls. • 612-331-4929 • www.newbohemiausa.com

Couple cured meat and pigskin at this Northeast sausage shack. The beer and wurst emporium will have the game on the big screen, as well as its standard Sunday $3 Minnesota taps all day, plus a $10 beer, brat and fries combo, giveaways and other surprise specials.

The Pourhouse

10 S. 5th St., Mpls. • 612-843-2555 • www. thepourhousempls.com

Not only is this downtown party bar’s TV situation on point, but the Pourhouse is celebrating Super Bowl Sunday with daylong deals. Grab a seat near its monster 25-foot projection screen or numerous flat screens and enjoy $3 Miller Lite taps, $4 hot dogs with chips and $5 Jameson drinks.

Uptown Cafeteria

3001 Hennepin Av. S., Mpls. • 612-877-7263 • www.uptowncafeteria.com

This Uptown eatery hosts its fourth annual, innuendo-heavy Big Gay Super Bowl Party from 4 to 10 p.m. The bash features tight-end jokes, drag queens, free touchdown Jell-O shots and a silent auction benefiting the Aliveness Project. Cafeteria’s usual all-day Sunday happy hour is in effect, meaning $3 wells and house wines, $3-$5 taps and food specials and $5 martinis and margaritas.
