The classiest queens in the Twin Cities compete in an over-the-top pageant complete with creative swimwear, eveningwear and talent.

Wallow in smoke and good company at a cigar/pipe social on the Eagle patio.

Raunchy and radical, this queer cabaret promises an eclectic night of performances sure to spark your pride.

UPTOWN PRIDE BLOCK PARTY
A stage full of sexy talent including Black Blondie, Sick of Sarah, Tina Schlieske and Lil Miss Sweettooth and the Daisy Dukes. Plus break dancers, roller girls and organic food.
SURLY GIRL PANTY PRIDE
An extra-naughty after party for the block party, with plenty of burlesque and some special synchronized tassel twirling.

TWILIGHT
The cozy monthly lesbian night moves to Karma for Pride and grows into a huge girl-on-girl fest, with DJ Sheik and AJent Orange.
MPLS IS BURNING
In this tribute to "Paris Is Burning," recommendations are to "look fierce" and "give good face."

"Divas! in praise of gay men's female icons," you can celebrate pride with boas, sequins and your favorite songs.
The Big Gay Pride Party
The Facebook group Gay Twin Cities sponsors this meet-up with more than 1,000 members.
Saturday
RUN FOR PRIDE 5K
Run one lap around Calhoun; proceeds benefit District 202.

Tickles Free Pig Roast
New gay bar is having a pig roast from 1 p.m. until it's gone.

A dignified walk for all types of "gender-nonconforming" people.

DIRTY QUEER SHOW
The party starts with an art show, then transforms into a cabaret and finally a dance party with DJ Shannon Blowtorch.
