My mother sent me this clip and wondered if I was one of the angry people. If I'd been screwed around like this, I would have cause a right ruckus. And then bought chicken anyways. I also love how this is three blocks from my house. |

If you're so pissed, drive ONE BLOCK IN ANY DIRECTION, there is a chicken joint on every block around here. Geeze. A conversation I would have with myself if I was driving over to get some chicken: "Hey want Popeye's? They have a special." "Yeah sure, let's go." "Wait, is that the line?" "Yeah." "Yeah... not worth the three dollars we'd save. KFC? King of Wings? West Indies Soul? That place on 5th? Joe's? A few I've never been to?" "... it's chicken..." Are you sure they won't? I mean... well, nevermind. And yeah, I had Short 'n' Wags on my list initially, but it's not quite in walking distance of Popeye's like the rest of them are. But if I ever had a fried chicken craving, they would be my first choice. Their rice, covered in spices and lots of grease, is the best in the world. The WHOLE WORLD! |

I feel really bad for all the poor employees that got shouted at by the angry fried chicken loving mob. I mean, it's not their fault the stupid franchise owners didn't want to honor the special, they just work there. |
