Foundation is great because they will do anything and everything out of good taste. The dance floor is amazing and so are the drinks. With two rooms offering two different sounds if you're not into what's going on. The new wood floors in the Deep Lounge are also a very nice touch!

Bringing out BIG NAME ACTS for an affordable price, how could you go wrong?! Love it! Rating: *****

And the best part is that it's not a crazy meat market on Friday nights like most clubs are. People really go for the show.
I can't speak for Saturday nights though. That's a whole different ball game from what I hear. Rating: *****

You walk into this place with a lot of uncertain feeling... mainly because its under a building. It turns out that its actually quite fun and hip though! Def a different vibe then a "college bar" the drinks are stiff and the music is almost always good with the ever changing DJ's and artist visiting, it was just a little to dark and gloomy for me to stay though. Rating: ***

I absolutely loved this place. It has really sexy decor and great music. This place is a must if you want to explore the twin cities dancing scene, but are intimidated by the go to be seen club culture. Everyone here is very real, and you can wear pretty much whatever you want- I saw people wearing everything from jeans and tshirts to clubbing type outfits. The "deep lounge" in back is just as happening, and both areas have plenty of seating if you don't feel like dancing. Rating: *****

Word on the street is this place has the best sound system in town. I'd believe it. If you're into electronic/techno-type music, this is a pretty sweet venue. Even if you don't, it can be cool--just be aware that when a big DJ is in for a show, expect to pay far more than the usual $5 cover. Every time I've come here I've had a slightly different experience--some days, it's packed, some days, there's no one on the dance floor. One nice thing is if the main floor isn't doing it for you, there's a smaller back room that has a variety of music. It's usually a little more chill back there too. Rating: ****
